These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Back2Skills website (www.back2skills.com) and any services or content offered through our online learning platform (collectively, the “Platform”). By using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Users under 18 (India) or 13 (U.S./EU) must obtain verified parental consent before accessing the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create a Back2Skills account.
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Back2Skills reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, text, logos, graphics, and other content on the Platform are the intellectual property of Back2Skills LLC or its licensors.

You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display our content;
  • Use our trademarks or logos without authorization;
  • Create derivative works from our materials.

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Currencies: All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).
  • Right to Cancel: You have a statutory right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of your purchase (the “Cancellation Period”) without giving any reason.
  • Waiver of Cancellation Right: By starting to stream content on our platform, you are providing your express consent to the immediate supply of digital content. You acknowledge and agree that by doing so, you waive your right to cancel your subscription within the 14-day Cancellation Period.
  • This means that once you start streaming any of our cybersecurity skills training content, you will no longer have the right to cancel your subscription and receive a refund, even if the 14-day Cancellation Period has not yet expired.
  • If you do not agree to waive your cancellation rights in this manner, you should not start streaming any content during the 14-day Cancellation Period.
  • You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your purchases.

When you enroll in a course, Back2Skills grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and view the course materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, distribute, or resell any content without our written consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or resell course access
  • Upload or distribute malicious software
  • Interfere with the Platform’s operations or servers
  • Harass or abuse instructors, staff, or community members

Violation of these terms may lead to account suspension or termination.

8. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide access to third-party tools (e.g., Zoom, Discord, Canva, TryHackMe, Hack The Box). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third parties. Use them at your own risk.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with:

  • The U.S. CCPA/CPRA
  • The EU GDPR
  • The India DPDP Act 2023

11. Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Back2Skills, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Course content or instructor opinions
  • Platform downtime or data loss
  • Unauthorized access to your account

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, USA.

For EU/EEA and Indian users, local consumer rights remain unaffected.
