30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 24, 2026
Applies to purchases made directly through Back2Skills.com
Back2Skills wants learners to choose their training with confidence. Eligible purchases are protected by our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions explained below.
Refund Eligibility at a Glance
You may request a full refund when all of the following conditions are met:
- You submit your request within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- You have completed no more than 20% of the paid course, program, or bundle.
- No certificate of completion has been issued for the paid course, program, or any paid course included in the bundle.
- The purchase was made directly through Back2Skills.com.
- The request is not connected with fraud, account sharing, repeated use of the guarantee, or another form of abuse.
This voluntary guarantee does not limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply to you.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This Refund Policy applies to paid Back2Skills courses, learning bundles, and certification-aligned training programs purchased directly from Back2Skills LLC through Back2Skills.com.
It does not apply to:
- Purchases made through an unaffiliated third-party marketplace or reseller. Any such purchase is governed by that provider’s refund policy.
- Free courses, free previews, complimentary access, or promotional access for which no payment was made.
- Donations, gifts, or other transactions that are not purchases of paid Back2Skills educational content.
Discounted and promotional purchases remain eligible under this policy. Any approved refund will be limited to the amount actually paid.
2. The 30-Day Request Period
The 30-day period begins on the calendar date the original purchase is completed.
Your refund request must be received by Back2Skills no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the 30th calendar day after the purchase date. Requests received after that period are not eligible under this voluntary guarantee, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The refund period does not restart when you first access the content, begin a course, or resume a course after a period of inactivity.
3. Maximum Course Progress
To qualify for the voluntary guarantee, you must have completed no more than 20% of the paid content at the time Back2Skills receives your refund request.
Progress is determined using the records maintained by the Back2Skills learning platform. These records may include completed lessons, topics, modules, quizzes, assessments, or other required course items.
Individual courses and programs
For an individual course or program, the percentage is based on the tracked progress for that paid course or program.
Bundles
For a bundle, progress is measured across all paid courses included in the bundle. Completing more than 20% of the bundle’s combined paid course content makes the bundle ineligible for the voluntary guarantee.
Free courses, public lessons, and designated free preview modules are not counted when calculating progress in paid content.
4. Certificates of Completion
A paid course, program, or bundle is not eligible for the voluntary guarantee once a certificate of completion has been issued for that paid content.
For a bundle, the issuance of a certificate for any paid course included in the bundle makes the entire bundle ineligible for a refund under this voluntary guarantee.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send your request by email to info@back2skills.com with the subject line:
Refund Request — [Your Order Number]
Please include:
- Your full name.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- The name of the course, program, or bundle.
- Your order number or transaction reference, if available.
You may tell us why you are requesting a refund, but providing a reason is optional and is not an additional eligibility requirement.
We may ask for reasonable information needed to locate the transaction, verify the account holder, prevent fraud, or evaluate eligibility under this policy.
6. Review and Decision
Back2Skills will review the purchase date, payment record, course progress, certificate status, and relevant account activity.
We aim to respond to complete refund requests within five business days. If additional information is required, the review period begins once that information has been received.
Approval under this voluntary guarantee is based on the eligibility conditions in this policy. Back2Skills will not deny an otherwise eligible request simply because a learner accessed a free preview or downloaded an included study resource.
7. Approved Refunds
When a refund is approved:
- Back2Skills will refund the amount actually paid for the eligible purchase, including any sales tax collected by Back2Skills for that transaction.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever technically possible.
- Access to the refunded course, program, bundle, and associated paid resources will be removed.
- Any certificate associated with refunded content will be invalidated.
Back2Skills generally initiates an approved refund within five business days. After the refund is issued, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. Processing times are controlled by the payment provider and may vary by country and payment method.
Back2Skills is not responsible for exchange-rate differences, foreign transaction charges, or bank fees imposed independently by your financial institution.
8. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same product or purchased a product accidentally, contact info@back2skills.com promptly.
Back2Skills will investigate confirmed duplicate charges separately from the voluntary 30-day guarantee. Nothing in this section limits remedies available under applicable law.
9. Technical Access Problems
If you cannot access purchased content, please contact info@back2skills.com so we can investigate and attempt to restore access.
Technical problems caused by Back2Skills that cannot be resolved within a reasonable period may create rights or remedies separate from this voluntary guarantee. Nothing in this policy excludes those rights.
10. Fraud, Abuse, and Repeated Refunds
Back2Skills may deny a request under the voluntary guarantee when there is reasonable evidence of:
- Fraudulent payment activity.
- Account sharing, resale, or unauthorized distribution of course content.
- Manipulation of course progress or account records.
- Repeated purchasing and refunding of the same product.
- Use of multiple accounts to obtain the guarantee more than once for substantially the same content.
- Another deliberate attempt to misuse the policy.
The voluntary guarantee is intended to let a genuine learner evaluate a paid Back2Skills learning experience—not to provide temporary access to paid content without payment.
Each learner may use the voluntary guarantee only once for the same course, program, or bundle. This restriction does not affect a refund or remedy required by law.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact Back2Skills before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to review and resolve your request promptly.
If a chargeback or payment dispute has already been opened, the matter may need to be handled through the relevant bank or payment provider. Back2Skills will cooperate with lawful payment-dispute procedures and provide accurate transaction and account records when requested.
12. Statutory Consumer Rights
The Back2Skills 30-day money-back guarantee is a voluntary commercial policy. It is additional to—and does not replace, waive, restrict, or exclude—any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Consumers in the United States, the European Union or European Economic Area, India, and other jurisdictions may have rights relating to defective digital content, misrepresentation, unauthorized transactions, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer-protection matters.
Where a mandatory legal right provides greater protection than this voluntary policy, the mandatory legal right will apply. Eligibility limits such as the 20% progress threshold, certificate restriction, or 30-day request period will not be used to deny a remedy that Back2Skills is legally required to provide.
13. Changes to This Policy
Back2Skills may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any revision will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
The policy in effect on the original purchase date will govern the voluntary guarantee for that purchase, unless a later version is more favorable to the learner or applicable law requires otherwise.
