By using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You agree to:

Back2Skills reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All course materials, videos, text, logos, graphics, and other content on the Platform are the intellectual property of Back2Skills LLC or its licensors.

You agree not to:

  • Use our trademarks or logos without authorization;
  • Create derivative works from our materials.

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Currency: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Payment Methods: Available payment methods may include UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and other payment options supported at checkout.
  • One-Time Purchases: Back2Skills currently offers one-time purchases for courses and bundles. We do not currently offer recurring subscriptions.
  • Instant Access: After successful payment, you receive access to your purchased course, bundle, or digital training content through your student account.
  • Refund Review: Refund requests may be reviewed to prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of the refund policy.
  • Digital Content: Back2Skills courses are digital educational products. By purchasing and accessing the course content, you acknowledge that access to the training materials begins immediately after payment.
  • Failed or Incomplete Payments: If your payment fails, is incomplete, or requires additional authentication, access to the course may not be granted until the payment is successfully completed.
  • Payment Issues: If you have trouble paying from India, please contact us at info@back2skills.com before creating a new purchase attempt.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you’re not satisfied with your course — no questions asked as long as:

  • You have not completed more than 10% of the course content.
  • You have not downloaded or copied course materials (PDFs, slides, or videos).

When you enroll in a course, Back2Skills grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and view the course materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or resell course access
  • Upload or distribute malicious software
  • Interfere with the Platform’s operations or servers
  • Harass or abuse instructors, staff, or community members

Violation of these terms may lead to account suspension or termination.

8. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide access to third-party tools (e.g., Zoom, Discord, Canva, TryHackMe, Hack The Box). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third parties. Use them at your own risk.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with:

  • The U.S. CCPA/CPRA
  • The EU GDPR
  • The India DPDP Act 2023

11. Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Back2Skills, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Course content or instructor opinions
  • Platform downtime or data loss
  • Unauthorized access to your account

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, USA.

For EU/EEA and Indian users, local consumer rights remain unaffected.
